The Mary Prentiss Inn is a luxurious Historic Bed and Breakfast that sits just minutes from Harvard Square, downtown Cambridge, MA, only four blocks from nearest subway stop -Porter Sq Red Line T-stop. This 1843 Country Estate today is set in an urban landscape with world renowned universities, theatres, one of a kind boutiques, restaurants and a museum. All major Boston attractions are only four miles or a fifteen minute subway ride away. The House was built in neoclassic Greek Revival Style and listed in National Register of Historic Places. Each of 20 rooms features unique antique cannon-ball or four-poster beds. The gourmet breakfast is served daily, as well as afternoon tea with home made baked goods. On warm mornings eat under the shade of the Linden tree on our outdoor terrace surrounded by an array of blossoming flowers. On cool mornings sit in the parlor room by the warmth of the crackling fire. All rooms are equipped with A/C, colored TV, and telephone with modem hookup.
